That this House is shocked and disturbed by the BBC Panorama documentary Britain’s Immigration Secrets exposing the abuse suffered in Brooke House, the immigration detention centre managed by G4S; commends the efforts of reporter Callum Tulley for his bravery in reporting on this matter despite the personal risk; considers that there must be segregation between asylum seekers and criminals who have been released from prison; and calls on the Government to introduce separate wings of detention centres in order to protect refugees and asylum seekers.
