The Council of Europe’s Committee for the Prevention of Torture and Inhuman and Degrading Treatment or Punishment (CPT) published a report (pdf) on UK detention practice in April 2017.

The more PPCs are asked about immigration detention and if they support #Time4aTimeLimit, a stronger message we will be sending to all the political parties that this is an important issue.
